Integrated Master’s Enrollment

Enrollment in the 1st Year of the Integrated Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MICF) – Academic Year 2025/2026

Enrollment in the 1st year of the Integrated Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MICF) is carried out exclusively online through the FénixEdu Portal.

Before enrolling, students must:

1. Check the Enrollment Calendar

⚠️ If you do not enroll within the indicated period, your vacancy will be considered available for the next phase.

2. Gather the Required Documents

• Passport-style photograph (digital format)

• Proof of Pre-requisite B (digital format)

❗ Missing any of these documents will prevent you from completing enrollment.

3. Carefully Read the Support Documents

• Special Status Regulations

4. Prepare Payment: 96,80€

💡 You can check the payment references (MB References) in the Student section of the FénixEdu Portal:
Navigate to: Consult > View Account

⚠️ Failure to pay within the deadline prevents enrollment and may incur late payment interest.

5. Complete the Enrollment

The process is done exclusively through the FénixEdu Portal.

Access credentials (ULisboa account – @edu.ulisboa.pt) will be sent via SMS on the enrollment day to the phone number provided in your application.

Once you receive the SMS, you must register on the User Portal.

If you do not receive the SMS by 10:00 a.m. that day, you should fill out this form to recover your access credentials.

It is recommended to use Google Chrome to upload documents on the FénixEdu Portal.

6. Request ULisboa Student Card (CGD)

• Free and mandatory.

• Online submission through the CaixaOnBoarding platform.

• You must first activate your Digital Mobile Key (CMD).

  • The CMD links your mobile phone to your ID number, enabling secure digital authentication.

ℹ️ Between September 23 and 26, CGD will have a stand at the FFUL atrium for card requests.
After this date, the request can be made at the CGD Agency at the ULisboa Rectory.

7. Certificates and Declarations (e.g., sub23 transport pass)

After enrollment, you can obtain certificates directly from FénixEdu:

8. SASULisboa Scholarship Students

According to ULisboa’s Tuition Regulation:

• Scholarship holders or applicants do not pay late payment interest while awaiting a decision.

• If the scholarship is denied, students must pay outstanding amounts within 10 days of notification.

• You must send the scholarship application proof to the Academic Services email and request the creation of the MB Reference for payment of the enrollment fee and school insurance.

Academic Year 2025/2026

The enrollment of students placed in special programs will take place from September 15 to 19, 2025.

To this end, placed students must schedule their enrollment via email: academicos@ff.ulisboa.pt.

If the student is not in Portugal, they must fill the Enrollment Form and request enrollment from the Academic Services by email: academicos@ff.ulisboa.pt.

Special Regimes

• Portuguese officials of a Portuguese diplomatic mission abroad and their accompanying family members;
• Portuguese citizens on scholarships abroad or civil servants on official missions abroad or civil servants on official missions abroad and their accompanying family members;
• Officers of the permanent staff of the Portuguese Armed Forces, within the scope of meeting specific training needs of the Armed Forces;
• Students with national scholarships from Portuguese-speaking African countries, within the framework of co-operation agreements signed by the Portuguese State;
• Foreign officials from diplomatic missions accredited in Portugal and their family members residing here, on a reciprocal basis;
• Athletes who have high competition status or are part of a high competition programme;
• Natural persons and children of natural persons from the territory of Timor.

The Tuition Fees Dispatch for National Students applies here.

To the 1^st instalment of the tuition fee are associated the enrollment and school insurance fees:

• Enrollment fee – 25€
• School insurance – 2,10€

To check the tuition fees, the payment dates and the respective MB references, click on the Student tab of the FenixEdu Platform and, in the side menu, expand the option View > View Account.

ULisboa Student Card (CGD)

Once you have completed your enrolment, you can apply for your student card.

The FFUL Student Card is compulsory and free of charge. The request to issue this card is submitted online on Caixa Geral de Depósitos’ “CaixaOnBoarding” page and requires the association of a Digital Mobile Key (CMD).

The CMD is a means of authentication and digital signature certified by the Portuguese State that allows the user to access various public or private portals and sign digital documents with a single login. This mechanism associates a mobile phone number with the civil identification number for a Portuguese citizen, and the passport number or residence permit/card for a foreign citizen.

The student ID card is issued by the Caixa Geral de Depósitos bank completely free of charge. Prospective FFUL students should request activation of the CMD in advance.

Between September 23 to 26, there will also be a CGD stand located in the FFUL atrium to collect applications for student cards.

After this date, please request the card at the CGD branch in the ULisboa Rectory.

Proof of enrollment / “Pass sub23” declaration

Once you have enrolled, you can request a proof of enrollment or a pass declaration directly on the Fénix Platform.
