Integrated Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Some useful information:

1.Enrollment rules

  • Students with no overdue ECTS
    Students must enroll in all course units of the year to which they are transferring, making a total of 60 ECTS.
  • Students with less than or equal to 24 ECTS in arrears
    Students must enroll in all the course units they have not completed and, at the most, in 60 ECTS corresponding to new course units of the year to which they have moved or of the following year. In total, the student can only register in 84 ECTS.
  • Students with more than 24 overdue ECTS
    Students must enroll in all the course units that are overdue and, at the most, in 60 ECTS corresponding to the course year in which they are placed or to the following one. In total, the student can only register in 84 ECTS.

3. Enrolment in Optional Curricular Units

Students should register in the Course Units of Option where they have been placed. We remind you that the results of the optional courses are available at the FFUL website.

4. Students attending Curricular Internship

With the publication of the MICF’s new Regulation of the Curricular Internship, article 15 of the annex to the Regulation, students can only defend the internship after concluding all the curricular units of the MICF and successfully completing the activities in Community Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy Services, as well as the written evaluation of the knowledge contained in the Internship Manual.

Students who finish their curricular internship by 31st December 2023, should not renew their registration.
If the curricular internship continues after 31st December 2023, students should contact the academic services to regularize their situation, in terms of enrollment and tuition, from 21st August to 24th August.

5.Debts

Students with debts must settle them or they will not be able to renew their registration.

If you do not have your situation settled, you should make the payment, at the Treasury or through the MB references available in your student area of the Fénix Portal.

If you have any late payment interest, the MB reference will be automatically generated after the payment of the tuition fee.

Payments may take 24 to 48 hours to be accounted in the student’s accounts.

6.Withdrawals

If you do not wish to renew your registration for the 2023/2024 school year you must send us an e-mail stating this as soon as possible.

7. Eventual Finalists

Students enrolled in the Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences who have up to two course units in arrears, corresponding to a maximum of 14 ECTS, and who are able to complete the degree that year, may be considered eventual finalists and pay the corresponding tuition fee. To these values are added the registration fee and school insurance.

Therefore, after renewing their enrollment, they should formalize a Request to apply for the corresponding tuition fee.

 

 

Payments shall be made by the due date to avoid interest payment.

Together with 1st instalment, students have to pay the registration fee and the school insurance.

To consult the fees, payment dates and respective ATM payment references, click on the Student tab in the FenixEdu Platform and select Consult > View Account.

Optional Courses | Other ULisboa Schools

 

Who: 3rd, 4th and 5th year students.

When: June 1st to 5th (until 23h59).

How: Through the FenixEdu Portal.
Before making the application students must consult the Application Handbook (PT). 

Results:

After the application deadline is over, the Academic Services will contact the Schools.

The acceptance is conditional on the approval of the School where the UC is taught.

Students will be notified, in case of a positive/negative answer, until July 7th.

Optional Courses | FFUL

The list of optional course units shall be defined annually by the legally and statutorily competent body of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Masters

Academic year 2023/2024

Dates: September 05 to 08, 2023 (from 10am).

Enrollment renewal is only applied for master’s courses  with a 2nd-year curricular component:

  • Master Degree in Laboratory Medicine
  • Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering

Enrollments in the 2nd year of the remaining master’s courses are made by the Postgraduate Studies Office after the thesis or internship report subject  has been approved by FFULisboa’s Scientific Council.

  1. Carefully read the 2nd year Enrollment Renewal Manual.
  2. Authenticate yourself on the FenixEdu Platform with your username and password.
  3. Provide your personal data and choose the curricular units in which you want to enroll.
  4. You must print the Proof of Enrollment once you have completed registration:
  • To do this, go to the sidebar in Academic Services> My Requests> New Academic Request, then in Document Type choose Proof of Registration and the language (PT or EN) in which you want to obtain the document. Submit the request and print the document.
  • There is no charge for this document, which can be obtained from the FenixEdu Platform whenever necessary.
