Under the motto “New Horizons in Inborn Errors of Metabolism”, and with the participation of world experts, this event intents “to bring the most recent scientific advances and to inspire new approaches to Inherited Metabolic Disorders. The programme includes topics that are transversal to clinicians, scientists and dietitians thereby creating opportunities to build bridges. In order to encourage live participation of post-graduate students, clinicians in training and other young professionals, there will be a guided Poster Walk, as well as the usual sessions dedicated to selected oral communications and selected e-posters. Furthermore, this year, workshops dedicated to specific subjects were designed to give the opportunity to share experiences in an informal ambience.”
The scientific program of the Symposium integrates the participation of FFUL Teaching Staff, namely Isabel Carvalho and Paula Leandro.
