The Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFUL) is once again offering the Advanced Course on Herbal Medicines, a specialised training course that explores topics such as the quality, safety, efficacy and production of these medicines, in accordance with European guidelines.

This course is run in partnership with Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It is mainly aimed at master’s and doctoral students. However, it is also open to graduates with an interest in the field, provided they have a good command of English.

Applications are open on the official course page, and the course will be taught in person from 15 September to 15 December 2025.

With a total of 420 hours of training, this unit awards a total of 15 ECTS credits.
