Mass spectrometry (MS) is an advanced analytical technique that has achieved a prominent position and progressed rapidly over the last two decades due to advances in ionization methods and mass analyzers.
This course aims to provide an overview of the fundamentals and equipment of mass spectrometry (MS), with an emphasis on the most recent applications of this methodology.
This course will feature the collaboration of several experts from other institutions with different experiences and know-how, most of whom are members of the Portuguese Mass Spectrometry Network (RNEM).
Target audience:
Doctoral and postgraduate students from FFUL and other institutions, as well as researchers and industry professionals, particularly in areas related to human, animal or environmental health.
