Academic Year 2024/2025
Applications to Public Higher Education are made annually through a national call organised by the Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES).
The National Call for Access to Higher Education (CNAES) takes place at the end of the academic year and is organised in three phases, in accordance with the annually approved Calendar.
Enrolment in the 1st year of the Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MICF) is done exclusively in digital format.

The absence of any of the above-mentioned documents makes enrolment impossible.

- School insurance – 2,10€
- Enrolment fee – 25€
- 1st tuition fee instalment – 69,70 €
Payments must be made by the due date of the instalments, under penalty of late payment interest. Failure to make any of the above payments will make enrolment impossible.
To check the tuition fees, payment dates and MB references, click on the Student tab of the FénixEdu Platform and, in the side menu, expand the option View > View Account.
5. Enrolment
Enrolment is carried out exclusively through the FénixEdu Platform. The data for creating and registering the ULisboa student account (@edu.ulisboa.pt), which allows access to the Fénix Platform, will be sent by the University of Lisbon, by SMS, to the contact provided in the higher education application process, and the student must create their access in the User Account Portal.
The SMS will be sent from 9 am on the day of enrolment.
If you do not receive your registration details on the day of enrolment, you must fill in this form to retrieve your details. Once you have received the SMS with your registration details in the @edu.ulisboa.pt account, you will be able to enrol and register for Fénix completely from home.
To complete the enrolment process, you must submit the documents directly to the FénixEdu Portal, preferably using the Google Chrome browser.
6. ULisboa Student Card (CGD)
Once you have completed your enrolment, you can apply for your student card.
The FFUL Student Card is compulsory and free of charge. The request to issue this card is submitted online on Caixa Geral de Depósitos’ “CaixaOnBoarding” page and requires the association of a Digital Mobile Key (CMD).
The CMD is a means of authentication and digital signature certified by the Portuguese State that allows the user to access various public or private portals and sign digital documents with a single login. This mechanism associates a mobile phone number with the civil identification number for a Portuguese citizen, and the passport number or residence permit/card for a foreign citizen.
The student ID card is issued by the Caixa Geral de Depósitos bank completely free of charge. Prospective FFUL students should request activation of the CMD in advance.
From 24 to 27 September, there will also be a CGD stand located in the FFUL atrium to collect applications for student cards.
After this date, please request the card at the CGD branch in the ULisboa Rectory.
7. Proof of enrolment / “Pass sub23” declaration
Once you have enrolled, you can request a proof of enrolment or a pass declaration directly on the Fénix Platform.
8. Students awarded grants from the Social Services of ULisboa – Serviços de Ação Social da ULisboa (SASUL)
In accordance with the current ULisboa tuition fees regulations:
-
- Students who have been awarded a grant by SASUL and those who can prove that they have applied for and are awaiting the award of a grant, will pay their tuition fees from the moment they are notified of the decision on their application, so no interest will be charged for late payment until the outcome of the grant application;
- When the application for a scholarship is rejected, students must pay the tuition fees already due within ten days of the date of notification of the rejection. Students applying for a scholarship must send an email to the Academic Services with proof of their application for the scholarship and request that an MB reference be created for the payment of the registration fee and school insurance.
