One of the emerging fields in research is the development of drugs to treat neurological and psychiatric conditions. With this fact as a starting point, this course has been created to promote an update of students’ and researchers’ knowledge regarding scientific advances in the field of Neuroscience. It is focused on the discovery of new disease mechanisms and therapeutic targets, the development of innovative drugs, and their utilization in clinical trials.
