As part of the Portuguese Republic’s Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), the University of Lisbon (ULisboa) submitted and saw its application for investment RE-C06-i03 approved — IMPULSO Adultos, which aims to restructure postgraduate education through the creation of the ULisboa Postgraduate School (ULisboa-EPG).
The Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFUL), which is part of this initiative, organises and promotes courses under the IMPULSO Adultos programme and has established the Regulations for the Awarding of Academic Performance Prizes for this purpose.
The award aims to recognise academic merit and encourage lifelong learning among adult students. It is awarded in accordance with the rules established by ULisboa and FFUL, respecting the administrative and financial autonomy of both institutions, and was preceded by a public consultation process in accordance with the applicable legislation.
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the following courses have been approved for the award of merit scholarships:
- International Market Access – 75% of the tuition fee (taught in English)
- Boas Práticas no Setor da Cannabis – 75% of the tuition fee (taught in Portuguese)
- Cosméticos: Regulamentação e Acesso ao Mercado – 50% of the tuition fee (taught in Portuguese)
- Cosméticos: Inovação e Desenvolvimento de Formulações – 50% of the tuition fee (taught in Portuguese)
Note: The granting of the award depends on the availability of funds from the Impulso Adultos funding programme, under the PRR.
