Carlos Afonso, Professor at Faculty of Pharmacy of Universidade de Lisboa was distinguished as Chemistry Europe Fellow. This is the highest distinction on the chemistry field in Europe. The Chemistry Europe Fellows Program was established in 2015 and announce new fellows “every two years in the run-up to the biannual EuChemS Congress”.
