Duarte Santos, Invited Assistant of the Department of Pharmacy Partner of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFUL) and member of the Board of the National Association of Pharmacies (ANF), was elected president of the Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union – PGEU) by 2020. The election was announced on 11th June 2019 within the framework of the PGEU General Assembly that represents 400,000 Community Pharmacists of the European Union and promotes the contribution of these professionals to European health systems, society and individual patients.
