Planning, Quality Assessement and Quality Assurance Coordination Unit
The Planning, Quality Assessement and Quality Assurance Coordination Unit covers three strategic areas of action at FFUL: Planning, Quality, and Assessement. Its mission is to design, implement, manage, and coordinate the Quality Management System (SGQ-FFUL), promote the evaluation of the quality of its activities, and ensure strategic planning and monitoring of FFUL’s objectives. Additionally, it is also responsible for managing scientific information systems and conducting studies to support decision-making, namely bibliometric studies, ranking analyses, and stakeholder consultations.
