Equivalence – MICF

Students enrolled in FFUL’s Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences may request the equivalence of training, professional and academic qualifications under the following regulations:

The maximum number of ECTS resulting from the process may not exceed 80% of the total number of credits required to obtain a degree or diploma.

Equivalence procedures should prevent the use of course units from a 1st study cycle for a 2nd cycle.

Students should submit the following documents on the Fénix Edu Platform:

  • Certificate of achievement of the curricular units with the respective classification;
  • Duly authenticated syllabus and workload of the course units;
  • Study plan of the study cycle where they were taken.

Student also have access, upon request, , to an assessment of their professional qualifications, according to procedures and criteria established by the FFULisboa rules

Equivalence of professional or vocational experience and non-higher education level training is subject to the analisys of:

a) A personal portfolio including the scientific relevance of the training experience and training, taking into account the nature of the course in which the applicant is enrolled;
b) Oral presentation of the portfolio to the Jury

How to apply

  1. Access the FénixEdu Platform with your ULisboa. account (username and password);
  2. If you have forgotten your credentials you can retrieve them here.
  3. After accessing the FénixEdu Platform, choose “Type of Application” (Equivalence Request (MICF))  and submit the documents requested.
  4. The application is complete once you click the “Submit” button.

According to the FFULisboa Fees Table:

  • Up to 6 ECTS: € 40.00
  • For each additional ECTS: € 5.00
  • Maximum charge: € 250.00
