The Executive Director reports to the Dean for the execution of established guidelines, for which the office is competent, namely:

  • Coordinate and supervise service activity;

  • Distribute personnel to the services, with staff able to appeal decisions to the Dean;
  • Correspond with public and private services and bodies within the scope of the office’s competence or that which it is delegated by the Dean;
  • Exercise any other duties assigned to it by law or delegated to it.

Academic Office

The Academic Office is responsible for ensuring technical and administrative compliance in matters related to school and pedagogical life at the level of initial training, post-graduate training and continuing education.

Financial and Patrimonial Office

The Financial and Patrimonial Office ensures budgetary management, expenditure and revenue collection, tax obligations, compliance with the standards set by the financial bodies and the financial management of research projects. It prepares maps for supporting higher decision-making, especially for the Management Council and FFUL Management.

Planning, Evaluation and Quality Assurance Coordination Unit

The Planning, Evaluation and Quality Assurance Coordination Unit covers three strategic areas of action at FFUL: Planning, Quality, and Evaluation. Its mission is to design, implement, manage, and coordinate the Quality Management System (SGQ-FFUL), promote the evaluation of the quality of its activities, and ensure strategic planning and monitoring of FFUL’s objectives. Additionally, it is also responsible for managing scientific information systems and conducting studies to support decision-making, namely bibliometric studies, ranking analyses, and stakeholder consultations.
