Students can request a reexamination of the exam within four working days of the grades being published by submitting a request to the Pedagogical Council and paying the corresponding fee (€20).
The request can only be made after consulting the exam.
The reexamination will be carried out by the professors responsible for the CUs, who must give their verdict within a maximum of five working days from the date of reception of the notification sent by the Pedagogical Council, justifying the classification awarded in a report.
The reexamination of the exam may imply an increase, maintenance or decrease in the classification previously obtained by the student in that exam.
- Access to the Fenix Portal: After logging in to the FenixEdu Portal, the student must access the ‘MyFenix’ tab and, under ‘Services’, click on ‘Requisitons’, and then on ‘Create’ to submit the request.
- Submitting the request: Fill in the form with the required data and submit the request.
- Analysis by the Academic Office: Your request will be analysed and validated by the Academic Office.
- Dispatch by the Pedagogical Council: The Pedagogical Council will give its verdict on your request.
- Fee refund: If there is an increase in classification, the process will automatically be forwarded to the Treasury and the review fee will be reimbursed.
