Fátima Falcão, Hospital Pharmacy Director of Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental and Invited Assistant Professor at Faculty of Pharmacy, Lisbon University has a Pharmacy Degree and a PhD in Pharmacy (Pharmacoepidemiology) from the same institution. Being responsible for the Hospital Pharmacy-I and Hospital Pharmacy-II disciplines, her research has been carried out in the field of Clinical Pharmacy, including multidisciplinary teams. Member of the General Committee (2000-2004) and Research Committee (2003-2004) of the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy. She was awarded the Medal of Honour of the Pharmaceutical Society (2021).
