biographical note
Graduation in Pharmacy (FFUL) and PhD in Pharmacy (Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, ULisboa).
FFUL teacher since 1986, in the areas of pharmacognosy, galenic pharmacy, organic chemistry and organic pharmaceutical chemistry.
I currently teach General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry I and Organic Chemistry II (MICF), the Hormone-dependent breast cancer chemotherapy Module (Master in Medicinal and Biopharmaceutical Chemistry) and the Strategies for the elaboration of academic and scientific manuscripts Module (Master in Laboratory Medicine).
Interests in the areas of phytochemistry, drug design and biological activity of drugs.
Coordinator of the FFUL Promotion and Dissemination Working Group.
