Documentation

The following documents should be delivered, in original format and duly signed, at the Postgraduate Students Office up to 72 hours before the Scientific Council meeting:

  1. Thesis Submission Form;
  2. Student Curriculum (dated and signed);
  3. Supervisor or Co-Supervisor Curriculum (if it is external to FFULisboa).

The digitized signatures are not accepted by the Scientific Council.

Deadlines

According to article n.º 33 of the Regulamento Geral do Ciclo de Estudos conducente ao Grau de Mestre da FFULisboa (in Portuguese):

  • Until the end of September - students who do not carry out exams in the special period;
  • Until the end of November - students who carry out exams in the special period;
  • Until the end of February - students who are attending courses in the 1st semester of the 2nd

Internship Report Submission

Only applicable to students of the Master in Laboratory Medicine who perform curricular internship.

Documentation

  2. Student Curriculum (dated and signed);
  3. Supervisor or Co-Supervisor Curriculum (if it is external to FFULisboa).

Thesis/Internship Report – Extension Request

According to Master programs, students have 12 or 6 months for the delivery of the final work, counted from the date of the thesis registration.

Students who have no tuition fees debts and wish, for any reasons duly justified and approved by the respective Coordinator, to postpone the delivery of the final work, should request an extension period and pay a monthly fee, based on the annual tuition.

The fee is due until the thesis / internship report is delivered.

Documentation

The following documents should be delivered, in original format and duly signed, at the Postgraduate Students Office before the thesis deadline ends:

  1. Extension Request Form;
  2. Statement of the supervisor and co-supervisor, with the detailed justification regarding the need to extend the thesis/internship report submission.

The digitized signatures are not accepted by the Scientific Council.
