5. Repeating Students and Those Placed in the Same Academic Year: Students have no priority in schedule selection
Repeating students should not choose a class, as they will keep the shifts of the practical and laboratory components that are still valid. Therefore, they must select their schedule by shift. Students in this situation are identified in the Fénix Portal with the status – Student without schedule selection priority.
6. Students who Failed with Valid Practical/Laboratory Components:
Students with curricular units whose practical/laboratory components are still valid* do not need to enroll in the shifts for those units.
* The grade obtained in the assessment of practical and laboratory teaching is valid for the academic year in which the student passed, and for the following two academic years.
7. Students who Failed with Invalid Practical and/or Laboratory Components:
Students whose practical/laboratory components are no longer valid** must enroll in the shifts for the respective curricular units.
** Grades obtained from practical and laboratory assessment more than 3 academic years ago (including the year of achievement and the following two) are no longer valid.
