Class Selection 

• 28th August (from 10h00 to 23h59) – 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year MICF students with status (Priority in the schedule choice)
• 29th August (from 10h00 to 14hoo) – students in their 5th year without priority
• 29th August (from 14h00 to 19h00) – students placed in 4th year without priority
• 30th August (from 10h00 to 14h00) – students placed in the 3rd year without priority
• 30th August (from 14h0 to 19h00) – students placed in the 2nd year without priority
• Students enrolled in Isolated Courses – pending the decision of the MICF Coordination.

Shifts Selection

• 31st August – Placement of Erasmus students’ schedules
• 1st September (from 10h00 to 14h00) – Advanced and/or Late and Optional Course Units Exceptions – students with priority
• September 1st (from 14h00 to 23h59) – Late and/or early course units and optional exceptions – all other students

Class Selection 

• 12th February (from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.) – 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year MICF students with status (Priority in the choice of schedules);
• 14th February (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) – students placed in the 4th year without priority;
• 14th February (from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) – students placed in the 3rd year without priority;
• 15th February (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) – students placed in the 2nd year without priority;
• 15th February (from 2:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) – students in the 1st year without priority.

Shifts Selection

• 16th February – placement of Erasmus students’ schedules;
• 16th February (from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year MICF students with status and with advanced and/or late UC’s and Exception Optionals – Students with Priority on schedule choice
• 16th February (from 2:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m.) – Students with advanced and/or delayed course units and Optional Exceptions – Other students;
• Students enrolled in Isolated Courses – pending the decision of the MICF Coordination.

Shift Shanges

When: Consult the Academic Deadlines Calendar.

The student who wants to make an application to exchange a Shift or a Class, free of charge, should access the Fénix Edu Portal and, in the tab of applications, fill in the corresponding request: Change of Class or Change of Shift.

The requests must be justified and the student can only make one request for change of class and shift in each semester of the academic year in which he is enrolled.

The academic office will consider the requests according to the number of available vacancies.
