biographical note
Catarina Pinto Reis is Assistant Professor at FFUL. She is a researcher member of Imed.ULisboa and collaborator of IBEB/FCUL. She is also an external consultant of INFARMED. She graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the FFUC, in 2003. In the same year and at the same university, she started the PhD studies in Pharmacy (Pharm. Technol.), with several international collaborations. Her current line of research focuses on the development and characterization of oral, dermal and transdermal delivery systems for drugs or actives, with particular interest in metallic and polymeric systems. She is the author or co-author of several scientific papers, book chapters and inventor of patents.
